We have the knowledge, experience, and desire to help.

Our Mission

Our goal is to serve people who find themselves needing help.  Most of our clients have been recently injured or lost loved ones due to injury. Our clients often find themselves unable to work, unable to pay bills, without their cars they depended on for transportation, and not knowing where to turn.  We believe our clients are entitled to respect. Our attorneys are committed to personally taking the time to listen and understand what each client is going through.

 

We want our clients to understand their options and the claims process while we pursue their rights to be fairly and justly compensated under the law.  As advocates, we give voice to our clients’ concerns and needs as we engage with insurance companies, employers, and others involved in their injury claims. We want our clients to be satisfied at the conclusion of our representation.  We work to earn and keep the trust of our clients so that they may confidently refer friends and relatives facing difficult situations.

Tommy is a native of Huntsville, Alabama. He graduated from Auburn University in 1976 and received his law degree from the University of Alabama School of Law in 1982. His law offices have been located in Huntsville since 1983 where he has represented clients across North Alabama. Tommy is a member of Alabama Association for Justice, American Association for Justice, the Workers’ Compensation Section of the Alabama State Bar, the Christian Legal Society and the National Lawyers Association. He has been an active church member in the community, including service as an elder. In addition, Tommy has served as a board member for local organizations, participated in the Madison County Volunteer Lawyers Program, and supported various community faith-based initiatives for the disadvantaged.

Dustin is a native of Huntsville, Alabama. He graduated from the University of Alabama in Huntsville with a double major in Philosophy and History. He attended law school at Thomas Goode Jones School of Law in Montgomery, Alabama, where he was elected to the Editor-in-Chief position of the Jones Law Review. In addition, he received numerous academic awards and achievements, including Dean’s List, Best Paper, Best Advocate and an Excellence for the Future Award. Dustin and his wife Marisa are members of Fayetteville Associate Reformed Presbyterian Church in Fayetteville, Tennessee.
